The meeting will take place in the Domaine du Rond Chêne, in Esneux. Esneux is a small town close to Liège (15 kms) and the way to Rond-Chêne (domain situated in a big park in Esneux) is well indicated once you are in Esneux (take first the direction Hamoir; the road to Rond-Chêne is climbing up a hill).
The meeting starts on Monday April 26 at 1:00 p.m. with the lunch (the welcome begins at 12 p.m. on the same day at the Domaine) and ends on Wednesday April 28 after the lunch (around 2:30 p.m.).
Please, notice that the Domaine du Rond Chêne is closed on Sunday; therefore, participants arriving on Sunday will have to find a room somewhere else!
Some online maps of Esneux can be found on the web.
People arriving by train should take a ticket to the station of Liège-Guillemins and another ticket to the station of Esneux; once there, they can be carried from the station to the Domaine du Rond-Chêne (you are kindly asked to request this service when making the registration).
There are rooms in the Domaine du Rond-Chêne, but in limited number (there are about twenty double rooms; the full board abode costs 135 euros); other participants will have to sleep in hotels near Liège. The meals will be taken in the refectory of the Domaine (for meals in the Domaine only, it costs 111 euros).
The oldest known reference to the Domaine du Rond-Chêne can be found in an official paper of May 4, 1285. Then many different things happened. The actual building is due to the Orban and Montefiore-Levi families (second half of the XIXe century). It actually belongs to the Ministère de la Communauté française de Belgique and is used as a center for different meetings.
